Constant cough
I am having constant cough and having acidity for 21 days.report shows that polypoidal mucosal thickening seen in bilateral maximally sinuses.There is DNS to the left side. The inferior nasal turbinate is hypertrophied on the right side. what to be done and whom to consult?

Constant cough may be due to acid reflux which reqire antacids...the polypoidal sinus thickening if severe may reqire sinus surgery, particularly when symtoms like nasal blockage, facial fullness are long standing and persistent even after taking medicines...consult an ent for confirmation of diagnosis and management...
