Constant chest pain
I m a 22 year old female.Taking 25 mch thyronorm due to hypothyroidism.I have BP recorded 135-90hg 2 weeks ago.Now a days I m suffering from chest pain.Chest pain occured from last Saturday (18-3-17).It lasted for 3-4 days.(chest pain occured during evenings with difficulty in breathing).But it disappears the next day.It started from the right side of the chest and them spreader to the centre with tightness.There was no chest pain for 3 days, but after that I m suffering from pain on the left chest today(26-03-17).I m also facing difficulty in breathing.I have no other symptoms.What should I do?Shall I consult a cardiologist?

These are symptoms of gastritis. Also you would need to get checked for lipid profile. You would need few medicines as well. I'm sending you the diet to be followed. For the medicines , you may private consult me. Drink lots of water. Avoid Spicy foods. Avoid fatty foods. Avoid oily and fried food. Eat smaller meals . Never remain hungry for long duration . Have 3-4 serving of fruits every day. Never skip a meal. Always have salad with meal. Even if you skip the meals, have some salads.Watch your Caffeine and Tea intake. Reduce Alcohol intake and Smoking. Never lie down after a meal for at least 30 minutes. Reduce weight if obese. Avoid Carbonated drinks. Make sure you dont have Constipation, eat plenty of fibre rich foods, Do exercise for about 30-40 minutes a day. Avoids certain foods like peppers, beans, cauliflower etc.
