From last 3 month chest congestion and constant mucus in throat 4 month ago diagnosed with acute bronchitis

I am sorry to hear about that. Acute bronchitis on what basis? How severe were the symptoms, and were there any associated symptoms like fever, wheeze etc. Is there any history of allergies and what was the x ray chest report and were there any PFT done. Also do you have difficulty breathing or history of reflux.
