Constant Body Coldness

I am facing blockage of nose from last many months , when ever I wake up at that time I Face lot of problem due to this blockage.I am also facing constant body Coldness due to it I had to sleep both in Summer as Well as in Winter during the day.Sometimes I Face headache and minor fever.I am also facing lot of weakness and laziness due to the body coldness.I am non Smoker but I am allergic.My age is 35.Now you are kindly requested to prescribe medication.

Blocked nose can most probably be due to your allergic condition. It can be relieved by steam inhalation in the morning and saline gargling.
