Constant anxiety ,depression,memory loss

If i get any side efffects from anti depressant medicines how long these side effects will stay......will they stay forever or upto sometime.....or should i go for homeopathic treatment....? Becoz nw i feel dat i need medicines to jst relax my mind nd what about other medicines like to get rid of anxiety
