Constant Abdominal Pain - In My Stool Report , Pus Level Shows

Constant abdominal pain

In my stool report , pus level shows 5-6/hpf and in urine test RBC shows 3-4/hpf and there are traces of albumin .. is this normal ? I’m worried .. please help

In urine normally there is no RBC. Repeat test to confirm
