Pus cells 5-7 hpf in urine.
I have burning sensation in my penis and foul smelling urine.i also have pain in lower back near kidneys. I did urinalysis and the pus cells came as 5-7 hpf. Any suggestion will be appreciated about what it could be?

It seems you are having urinary tract infection and it has started to affect your kidneys as well. It would be advisable to give a urine culture, cbc, kft and get an usg abdomen, pelvis, postvoid residual urine. Start antibiotics according to an Urologist's prescription.
