Normally you don't need glasses but when your eyesight is low then you need glasses .and if you don't use glasses, you start getting symptoms. Hence if your vision is lower than 6/6 then you must use glasses. But Since you are a regular computer user hence you are likely to develop computer vision syndrome for which put some lubricant eye drops eg teardrops 3to 4times daily and ocupol.dx eye oint to be rubbed twice daily on lids and take some antioxidants cap once daily eg revital one cap daily
Next Steps
Follow 20.20.formula ie close your eyes for 20.seconds after every 20  minutes and keep proper distance between eyes and screen ie approx 20.inches.wash your eyes frequently with fresh water and don't sit facing the ac or blowers and consume lot of fresh fruits and vegetables.
