I have taken a lot of courage to write this. I am constantly feeling like a looser and I don't have any hope left to move ahead in the life. Honestly doing it to run this ongoing dramatic strong girl character but now I feel like giving up. Might be there are more opportunities that I can explore but I don't feel like doing it.
I don't have a routine but I started working out too much in evening so that I can catch the bed by 11. On 11 i recall my life, focus on the pain part and think why things have been this way. I have started questioning my life and goal.
Not sure where I am heading to. I don't feel like living anymore and no body is here to whom I can talk. people preaches and I don't appreciate it.

Hi
It looks like something is bothering you. You can talk about what is bothering you with a psychologist. I understand you are feeling low and it will be good if you don’t put too much pressure on yourself. Everybody goes through a rough patch and you are not alone. If you want to look for opportunities do it gradually. You can also indulge in activities you like to do. Do not worry with counseling sessions you will be fine.
Accept that you have depression.
Respect the fact that you can have depression.
Have a desire to be cured; don't succumb.
Inform your loved ones that you are depressed, not about something but everything.
If they support you, take them along, if they don't, visit a psychiatrist/neurologist all alone, as soon as possible, so that the damage doesn't manifest itself in your life.
Don't fear visiting a doctor, it's a matter of pride to resolve an important issue, and not shame.
Consume the medicines on time, don't expect magic.
Fill all your time gaps using hobbies, interests, work, studies, entertainment etc, you must not have a second to spare.
Don't let your mind be overburdened, share your feelings, insecurities, fears with the few closed ones, or to the God whom you worship, or on sites like Quora, where people listen and connect with your miseries.
Make a list of every negative thing in your life.
Eliminate them, one by one and cross the items using a red pen.
Identify all positive things in your life and remember them daily (your parents, availability of food, shelter and clothing, your education, your breath, healthy body, previous achievements.)
See yourself in mirror everyday and shout: 'I am still alive' 'I can still live a wonderful life' 'Nobody can stop me' 'Nothing can break me' (just make sure you don't scare away people)
Don't take any stress for any relevant thing like studies, career, everything can wait if it's your health.
Be patient.
And when you are fully cured, make smile your career, and happiness your goal.
Having been so vulnerable and affected by miseries, you now know well what gives you happiness and what gives you stress, keep that in mind for future.
And don't forget to help other people going through similar phase.
You might get a clarity and understanding about yourself and about your future life by sharing and discussing your thoughts with a professional..
We all can listen to you from a neutral perspective, so that you might also feel listened..

Hi... This is good that you have opened up here. It says a lot. It means you are not only aware of your mental health condition, but also willing to do something about it.
Psychotherapy has a lot to offer, but it doesn't work the way it is shown in films. People take time to recover from their wounds and their path to recovery goes through multiple phases (+ve & - ve).
You are gradually loosing your Eros (life instinct) which is necessary to survive. This may be happening due to various reasons - personal, professional, family, societal, etc. But ultimately it is our cognition/perception that gives meaning to our life events and the good thing is that it can be changed.
We take our thoughts and emotions as absolute but they are actually not. They are a product of complex - neurochemical, psychosocial, genetic, and biological factors.
Therapeutic approaches like CBT can help you bring back your lost control over your life by making small changes in your cognitive processes and behavioural patterns.
