Considerable hair loss

I am losing my hair line and suffering hair thinning. Too. M shaped baldness. I want to stop it as much as possible. Someone suggested me FOLLIHAIR tablets. If its good , then suggest me doses to use it. Also my regenerates slow. What can i do to boost hair growth ?
