Consciousness problem
Hi, I am 24 year old female working in an IT company. The problem i am facing is it psychology or related to psychiatric? Whenever at night or evening i have to go out my brain or my mind becomes very strange, evrything is well sorted during day time like but at night,when i go out be it a market place ajeeb sa lagta hai it feels like i am overthinking i don't know what it is, plus i get panicked whenever i see lot of people around me or ajeeb sa lgne lag jata hai during night time during day or afternoon i dont get this feeling. Is these things normal or should i consult doctor for this, can anyone guide me or help me?
