Consanguineous Marriages
Is marrying first cousin is harmful to children and I also want to notice that this is the 2nd generation in our family if I marry my maternal auncle's daughter.

Well,the chances of congenital defects DO increase with consanguinity,though not absolute. Your choice,though,after all ,it's your life,but do consider the above fact too before taking a final decision.
