Conjuctivitis
Eyes are getting mucus after Sleeping ..and there is something Pimple like( visible under Light) in the inner eyelashes of both eyes..which is causing Irritation and Redness in eyes.

This could be conjunctivitis. Usually self limiting, due to virus, it improves on its own. Maintain hygiene, avoid touching or rubbing the eyes. Can use simple lubricant eye drops frequently and cold compressed if there is discomfort . If not better see an eye doctor
