Swollen red eyes fever and headache
Cant open eyes as the pain is really bad
Since morning is the pain the eye and used some drop to clear out the vision

This could be due to conjunctivitis
Try
A.cold compresses
B use antibiotic eyedrop like moxifloxacin 6times along with lubricating eyedrop frequently
Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly share photos of your eye so that I may guide you better

the pain and watering might be due to fever however please put antibiotics eye drops 2hourly e.g. moxifloxacin and consult a physcian.
