Congestion in upper chest and gastric
I'm having congested feeling in upper chest and it feels difficult to breath. Having dry cough now and then. Getting white thick mucus substance from throat. Also feeling hungry a lot. Though eating enough having dizziness, fatigue. Getting headaches and temperature rises to 99.2 sometimes. What are possible health conditions I am facing? What are the test to be undertaken?
