I started smoking since I was 18 and I smoke 2-3 cigarettes know I'm feeling congestion in my chest since 10 days..doctor has suggested for x-ray..will the xray show some difference from normal lungs to smoker lungs?

Usually there will be minor changes in x rays of normal person compared to smoker such as increased broncho vehicular markings. Since you have been smoking only for few years not much of changes are expected
