Echocardiography is a very subjective test and the results change from machine to machine, operator to operator etc. for the same patient. Other factors on which results may vary are patients overall general condition, heart rate, blood pressure, stress (mental or physical) etc. So some variation is expected. What is really important is your overall clinical status which determines what kind of treatment will be required for your problem. And this can be assessed only after a proper clinical examination by a cardiologist. So, please meet a cardiologist and get yourself personally examined for a final advice on the management of your heart problem.
