Congenital defects due to blood relation
I married my niece (my own sister's daughter) and now she is pregnant of 6th week. I heard that there might be some genetic problems\defects to the children due to marry blood relative. I had HLA B27 +ve and suffered from Ankylosis spondylysis and cured. So, I want go for any medical tests to confirm my child will be born without any defects.
