I got head injury a week ago on left side with metal road at that time i didn't feel anything but for 2/3 days it has severe pain in my left head, dizziness, vomiting, blurred vision, abdomen pain. I'm afraid or having brain tumor. Please help me

Headache,nausea and dizziness following a recent head injury,even with minor impact and delayed onset,needs to be evaluated thoroughly.It is not a brain tumor you should be concerned about.Visit a hospital in your area for CT scan of the brain and further management.
