Confuse about conceiving? have symptoms but not knowing exactly. i have 26-28 days cycle and due date is 24-25 jan. this month
but i have felt from last 5-6 days heaviness in breast , back pain ,abdomen pain and cramps, sleepy all the time.what exactly mean/indicate ?

Have you done a urine pregnancy test to confirm pregnancy?
If not then do a urine pregnancy test. if the result is positive, you are pregnancy and then consult a gynecologist for further evaluation and management.

Wait until 26 /28th and then do urine pregnancy test. It is common to feel these symptoms when you are anticipating pregnancy and happens to many before periods and they get disturbed in case they get periods.. So just wait for the results :)

It could be due to pre menstrual congestion or pregnancy. It's difficult to diagnose just by symptoms. Do a urine pregnancy test if you miss your periods
