Confused by thaughts ,couldnt control
Hi,
I stated my initial carrier as mechanical engineer in Hyderabad I got placed from college Bangalore . with in 1.5 yrs I got new job in Bangalore with good package which I taught but after one month of job now I am feeling the package which I accepted is very less for my experience after seeing even the fresher is getting the same.
now I am totally in confusion due to this I am unable to concentrate and don't even know what to do next...

Yes, it. Is difficult to accept such unexpected changes.
Yet, there are elements called understanding and acceptance about Reality which is most important in those situations...
It is better to consult a psychologist for more clarity.
