Confidentiality policy in psychotherapy
Do psychotherapists or psychiatrists, give a confidentiality agreement (paper) that whatever we have shared will be kept strictly confidential? Can we ask for it, and will they give it?

No there is no confidentiality agreement in written. It is taken as granted that no information will be shared with anyone . It's not binding on doctor .
