Successful, educated, attractive, globally well travelled, professional single gir of 26 years is about to meet a much older man she is genuinely attracted to. She felt extreme anxiety and palpitations in front of the same man a year before at a public place with several strangers around and 'meeting' didn't lead to anything. She is about to meet him again after a gap of a year. She needs to handle this confidently, without offending or overarching. He is kind and interested. Please advise.

Hi,
Thanks for seeking help here.
This a social anticipated anxiety.
If we don't have much time to work this out....
Just take Tab. propranolol 20 mg , 10 min before this meeting and do deep breathing exercises.
That's all ....you will be fine to deal it.
Next Steps
just ask yourself.....how the behaviour is going to help....and which one is that .....
cya on board for detail discussion.
