Conclusivness of test regarding HIV
Dear doctor, I have unprotected insertive sex with unknown lady. For peace of mind i took 4th gen (p24+hiv Ab) combo test at 23 day from last exposure which was negative. And also took RTPCR RNA VIRAL LOAD at 23 day test which was below detectable limit (<72/ml). And after 44 days (6 week) from last exposure i took again 4th gen (p24+hiv Ab) combo test which was came negative. What is interpretations of result, am i risk free from hiv? Pls rply. All test done from SRL LAB.
