Hi doc i want to know that is it possible that we can get pregnant in first attemp because when we tired and did unprotected sex i got my periods but i was not pregnant is it posibel that i have issue in my fertiliy plz reply

Ya chances are there but less.Ifvyou are planning for pregnancy at least get done some basic investigation needed for fertility.Start the treatment with ovulation induction.
