Concerned due to miss periods

I had my periods on 4th of July. On 13th me and my boyfriend were making out and he rubbed his penis on my hip for 4-5 seconds. He didn't touched my vaginal area for sure and there was no ejaculation. I was concerned if it will lead to pregnancy. Today is 2nd August and I haven't gotten my periods. I did UPT in morning and it's negative. My cycle usually varies from 28 to 35 days and I am taking ayurvedic medications (M2- tone syrup) recommended by doctor. I am tensed now. I know that penetration is necessary but it is still making me anxious.
