Concerned about medication side effects

Asked for Male, 4 Years

My four year old is ADHD, he is now on adderal. Since he has started the meds about five months ago, he has lost weight, won't really eat, he has no energy, he is easily angered or over sensitive. I notice different ticks he does as well such as keeping a pattern and if you mess with it, he gets very angry and Cry's and screams at you. I'm lost
