Concern before vaccination
Hi Team, I would like to check with you whether I can go for vaccination or not if I have below test result:- 1) I(Husband)took test of antibodies and result shows negative with value 0.27 2) Ddimer test result value is 0.62(Ideal range is 0.0 to 0.50). I(Husband) know the above report seems ok to go for vaccine but I need expert advise. The reason why I am asking this because my wife living with me and we both participate in house activity and gone for test on the same day but she(Wife) has quite different results as compare to mine(Husband) 1) Her antibodies result shows positive with value 6.0 2) She is typhoid positive 3) Platecount is 1.15( should be 1.50 and higher) 4) Hemoglobin is 11.7 Please advise can husband go for vaccine and while wife should wait till typhoid gets negative for her?

Everyone’s body responds to the virus is different so some patients may develop antibodies while others may not even though they are living in the same house taking same medication or consuming same similar food. If you both are positive for COVID-19 then at least 90 days gap is required for the vaccination
