Concern about face
My friend kajal have face issue like Pigmentation and freckles, Melasma. And on chin have some pimples with scars.

Yes .. first she has to wear proper Medicated sunscreen.then visit a gloss skin and hair clinic .we always recommend either peel or laser for pigmentation with proper medication.
