Concentric left ventricular hypertrophy
Today i have done echo as part of check up in that it was told I have concentric left ventricular hypertrophy. I am also having blood pressure , doctor advised this can be managed with control of blood pressure. Can someone please clarify me if there is anything to worry about, as I already have anxiety problems. Is this something reversible with proper diet and practising yoga regularly.
