After carefully listening to your history n evaluating the issue we suggests....
Reading is a skill. As each skills developes with practice so do reading. What i suggest...if u love reading ...then read regularly. Coming to memorizing things . ...it's important. If u do sane thing again and again then u can memorize. Or while reading take noted of important points and read them again and again..
Ur brain memory core stores things in permanent memory after repeating .... practice. So do that way...
