Usually subserosal fibroid don't cause infertility except when very big or located at the cornual end of uterus and pressing the tubes. You may get follicular scan to confirm the timing of your ovulation . You may get Husband semen analysis . If couple does not conceive after 1 year of unprotected inyercourse then we label them as infertility and we also get the uterine cavity  tubal patency test done . It's HYSTEROSALPINGOGRAPHY.

Small subserosal fibroid will not cause any problems but large one may. Small ovarian cyst are usually physiological  (normal )but needs evaluation. Consult gynaecologist
