Asked for Female, 27 Years

My face skin is pretty white but hands are so dark as well as feet...I am even wearing a full sleeve top but when ever I wore sleeve less top my hands becoming full dark complexion I hve visited many Palour but no results using some home remedies for clear my hands which is like a tan...but not working out ... please suggest me how to get a same complexion for my whole body.
