Complex cyst in kidney
Dear Sir, My father is heart patient. Undergone angiopladty and is fine now. Recently we have get it done full body check up for him. All reports are normal except ultra sound. Remark in ultra sound report : Complex cyst in upper right pole of left kidney. 33x34mm cyst with extensive septation noted in upper pole of left kidney. Normal in size and shape with increased echotexture. No evidence of calculi and hydro nephrosis. Please find the report attached Is it dangerous? We have consulted a doctor and he said it is not dangerous. Can ignore it as other reports are normal. Please help me in this. Is it normal? What should be done next? Can we ignore this. Thanks in advance

Please These cysts are benign They don't create any renal problems But i will advice to do sonography of abdomen every year to see the size and impact on kidney
