Comfused between implantation bleeding

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I have had my period one day before the regular date but this time it's very light in flow with no cramps and mostly no flow on the third and only clots, i have also had the pregnancy test (3rd day since bleeding started) today but that was in the afternoon which came negative but I'm still not sure, so is it implantion bleeding or just the normal period but is light due to stress?
