Comedones all over face

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I have been suffering from recurring comedones for the past one year now. Took treatment from a dermatologist who prescribed me sotret, ziffi-500mg and daphsone for 6 months but i did not get any result from it. Please reply what should i do?
