Comedonal acne
Hi I am done with my 6 months isoretinoin treatment-20mg per day last year but still my comedonal acne is acne is back.
Because of comedonal acne I have a lot of icepick scars what to do .
My weight is 46kgs.
Height 5'2
I have lean pcos (regular cycles)

U will have to maintain the medication under the Dr's supervision as acne is a continous and ongoing condition. Ice pik scars can b taken care of with lasers. Consult a Dermatologist for the same to prevent further progression of the lesions. Peels r a good option to reduce the acne and also the pigmentation
