First of all congratulations on parenthood. Newborn baby usually passe 8-10 stools per day. At times baby might not pass stool for 7 days and thats perfectly normal untill and unless baby is not cranky or feeding is affected. Babies cries after passing stool or urine due to wetness Gases is problem with all newborns and burping is solution. Trying holding your baby upright and patt back for 10 mins after evey feed and baby will be fine. You can use digestive enzymes like Drops Aristozyme 5 drops twice a day , which will reduce gas production and improve digestion. Regarding stool consitency, dnt worry. Its fine. Colocaid drops are for tummy pain and you can gice if baby is cranky.
