Hi dear. Let me give a solution to your problem point wise. 'black heads on my face'- Blackheads are nothing but Grade 1 acne or pimples. although acne in your age is fairly common, there are treatment options available to prevent them and their consequences like scars and blemishes. So other than specific medications, it would help you if you adopt a healthy lifestyle like exercising regularly, avoiding dairy products and sweets and sleeping on time. 2. 'my colour is getting dull by time' - For this my dear girl, you need to apply the sunscreen regularly and incorporate antioxidant rich fruits like oranges, watermelon, strawberries in your diet and you will see the magic. 3. 'there are growing pimples and also have dark circles under my eyes'- I have already answered about the pimples. For dark circles it is important to find out the cause for the same. There are several causes like anaemia, rubbing your eyes frequently, history of allergy or asthma or running nose, family history of similar condition. The treatment depends on the cause, So I would suggest you visit a good dermatologist, which would definitely help you. Regards and take care.
