Colonoscopy Recommendation. Doctor.

My father is pancreatic cancer patient now he is no more with us . Last year I was gerd and constipation with bleeding, so we undergone colonoscopy and endoscopy, by god's grace everything is good now abnormalities, bleeding is due to snal fissure are found this happens at oct 2022. Then dec 2023 I have repeated stomach pain with mucus in motion, so fain I approach doctor to take colonoscopy and endoscopy, again by god's grace all results are fine they gastrointestinal sugeon  recommend me to consult medical gastro . So at lost he identified as IBS mixed type . Now I am taking tablets everything is good. Still when constipation causes I have fear whether I have obstruction or cancer. 1.Can you tell me how many years once I need to take colonoscopy and endoscopy to preventive from cancer and other diseases. 2.please suggest any annual health check up for proper annual check up. Please clarify my doubts , please doctor.
