Respected doctor Can you tell me what is bowel rupture I used to do enemas since years for constipation I have stopped from one year I read in an article about perforation I am totally fine with no symptoms since I have begun managing my diet Could I have a rupture inside and not know ? Or is bowel perforation a medical emergency And I don't have it

You are dead if you have ruptured bowel but you are alive. So don't worry Bowel rupture is a condition due to hole (perforation) in the intestine.it may be due to plenty of reasons.
