I have mild abdomen pain . Endoscopy showed that no issue with stomach suspected colitis condition. I don't have any intolerable pain. Just mild dull pain every now and then.How to manage Colitis through lifestyle and medications. What are diet to take and foods to avoid.

For colitis,one should establish diagnosis bu doing colonoscopy,CT abdomen and stool analysis,If proved , depending upon Etiology of colitis apt treatment will be done. For infective colitis, antibiotics ,for inflammatory colitis antinflammatory medication.
