I need help on Cold sores that I keep getting on my lips especially when I travel abroad. This time I visited a place where the temp was 45-48% celcius. What is the cause and what is the remedy

Generally these eruptions happen due to stress as you mentioned your frequent travelling and high environmental temperatures.
