Cold sore/ scar on lip
Yesterday the one side o my mouth felt dry and was bothering me so I did something really stupid and started scratching it with the rough part of my t shirt. Now it looks like a full on scab/cold sore and I'm terrified because my friend told me it's herpes. But the only sexual contact I have is making out with my boyfriend. And he doesn't have herpes, guaranteed. So, what is this??

Hi.. it may be chelities, inflammation of lip may be due sun, contact to chemicals, severe dryness without lip protection ..etc.
Try to use this medications chaptex lip balm -generally to entire lips & cutisoft( hydrocortisone) cream on affected region on the top of chaptex lip balm(lip moisturiser) only...like this whenever you washes your lips, you use the above prescribed.
If It's not coming down please contact nearby Dermat for further evaluation and treatment.
