Cold problem
Hi i get cold as the climate changes,if i have ice cream or anything cold i get ill the next day,the day i wash may hairs i sneeze alot.is there any treatment for it from which i can rid from it permanently.and if there how much time it would take to cure it.

Hi, its quite normal to get cold during climate changes. Avoid the triggering factors.
Cover your nose and mouth if it's cold out.
You may not be able to cure your common cold, but you can make yourself as comfortable as possible..
