  4. Cold n fever. Up again after 3-4 hours.

I have got cold 2 days back (no running nose) followed by head ache, body ache n fever. i took Dolo 65 last evening and today. relieved only till the tablet acts. Temperature shots up again after 3-4 hours.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. You can take a tab. Dolo 650 thrice a day after food for 2 days. .tab. monticope-a twice a day after food for 2 days. If it still persists, then get it checked out by a general physician in person for further evaluation and management. . best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
