Cold, low AVI
My wife is undergoing her 9 month of pregnancy. Lmp is 6 feb 17.
Till last ultrasound (8 sep 17) all was good, liquor was adequate with AVI of 13.8 cm and fetal weight of 1.625 KG. But now AVI is 9.6 cm and fetal weight 2.497 kg. She is also having running nose. Please suggest on low fluid, fetal weight and cold solution.
Haemoglobin is 11.6 gm/dl (range- 11-15). Earlier it was above 12.5.

Plenty of oral liquids protein diet
Cold steam inhalation and tab loratidine 10 mg once a day for 3 days
