Instill nasoclear nasal drops 1 drop 3 times a day in each nostril. Run hot water in bathroom and after steam comes, hold the baby with you for 10 mins or till baby is comfortable. Clean nose using nose cleaner available online like pigeon brand. Continue T minic. Avoid more medicines in infants unless baby is not active or very cranky or not feeding well. The medicines don't help much and have side effects in infants.
