Cold issue
Hello All,
Past few days I travelled to a hilly area it was too called as I also did trekking in mountain area.After coming back home I have got cold...I took 2 tablets of nicip which usually helps me to recover from cold but this time it didn't help ..I am drinking hot water daily but still need a good and faster medicine. My nose remains runny / watery and watery eyes with mild pain in chest and back due to heavy sneezing.
Kindly suggest further.

Decongestant nasal drop
steroid nasal spray
if mucous is yellowish take antibiotics.
