Cold for 1 month baby
Hi, My daughter is 1 month old.. she is having mild cold. My inlaw suggest that she is getting cold because I feed her in lying down position. Is that true.? Does lying down position causes cold in childern.. I am having severe back pain.. so it was hard for me to feed in any other position..In lying down position I feel comfortable.. Please guide me , whether I need to change the position. Pros and cons of lying down position. Also for cold what medicine should be given for baby.. do I need to avoid eating some kind of food..

Actually lying down feeding will not cause cold if baby is taking breastfeeding.Bottle feeding in lying down causes cold.If your baby is having cold visit near by pediatrician for assessment. It is not safe to give cold medicine for less than 6 months old baby .
